FAQ

When and how will my order ship? TOP

Orders are processed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for shipping on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. We strive to ship all orders placed by noon on a processing day the next day. However, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order.

We strive to use the lowest cost shipping.  You make the choice when placing your order!    Choose from Parcel Post (2-9 day delivery), US Priority (2-3 day delivery) or Fed Ex.  Large orders (such as full rolls of fabric) will generally ship Fed Ex.

Do you ship internationally? TOP

Yes we do, almost daily!  If you are in Canada, you can just select your shipping zone from our drop down list.  All other countries please select the "International" option and you will be emailed with a quote.

We ship as economically as possible.  Generally this is by Airmail Letter Post, which takes 4-7 days to reach your country.  It may take a bit longer to get through customs in your country before it reaches your home.  I do not ship by surface, as this takes 4-6 weeks and often far longer.

Is one yard of fabric 36"? TOP

Yes!  It is possible for your cut of fabric to be a little bigger, however.  Fabric may be received from the manufacturer with uneven edges, etc., so your cut may be a little larger.

What is your return policy? TOP

Cut fabric, elastics, tapes, Aplix, etc., may only be returned due to defect for store credit within 30 days.

Returns are accepted for store credit on unused, unwashed diaper within 30 days.  There is a 90 warranty of the diaper, and a lifetime warranty on snaps.  Please consult the size chart and measurements before ordering.

Is all PUL fabric the same? TOP
Yes and no.  There are a few types of PUL fabric available.  Most commonly you will see 1mil and 2mil types.  This refers to the thickness of the laminate on the back of the fabric.  All PUL is made by the same manufacturer, so the quality from one vendor to the next should remain consistant.

How do I clean my new cloth diapers? TOP
When you first receive your diapers, wash them before your first use for maximum absorbency.  Dry them on hot to seal the outer fabric.

After that, just dispose of any solids in the toilet.  Do a cold pre-rinse in your washer.  Then do a hot wash with two cold rinses, using a small amount of detergent and no bleach or fabric softener.  They should come out clean but if you have a tough stain you can sun it out.  Just leave the item in a sunny spot for a few hours until the stain is gone.  Easy!
